Hi, I'm Amr

I used to believe that being "busy" was the same as being productive. I was wrong.

After years of chasing the wrong metrics, I discovered that real growth doesn't come from working harder—it comes from thinking with brutal honesty and acting with decisive courage.

I created this space to share the uncomfortable truths that will save you years of wasted effort. My goal isn't to make you feel good; it's to help you build something that lasts.

My Journey from "Busy" to "Effective"

Years ago, I believed in the hustle. I believed that working longer hours, attending more meetings, and instantly replying to every email was the key to success. I measured the value of my day by the number of tasks I crossed off my to-do list.

I was busy. I was "productive." And I was completely stuck.

On the surface, I was making progress. But deep down, I knew I was just spinning my wheels. I was managing the business, but I wasn't truly leading it. I avoided the tough decisions, accepted mediocre performance, and chased every shiny new opportunity, hoping it would be the "magic bullet."

There was no magic bullet.

The turning point wasn't a single moment of grand inspiration. It was a slow, painful realization: Clarity doesn't come from thinking; it comes from decisive action. And real growth only begins after we stop lying to ourselves.

I started doing the things I was avoiding. I said "no" far more than I said "yes." I fired people who were draining my energy. I killed projects that didn't serve the ultimate goal. It was hard. It was uncomfortable.

And it was the most liberating thing I have ever done in my career.

That's Why I'm Here.

I created this website not because I have all the answers, but because I know the power of asking the right—and hard—questions.

My mission is simple: to be the guide I never had. To give you the tools and strategies that are grounded in reality, not theory. To share the uncomfortable truths that will save you years of frustration and wasted effort.

I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in systems and discipline. I don't believe in platitudes. I believe in brutal honesty. I don't just believe in building businesses. I believe in building the leaders who build great businesses.

If this resonates with you, you're not alone. And you're in the right place.
